Sharraxaadda

My neighbors and I have been dealing with this for a while! We are tired of hearing and feeling these vehicles drive by our house morning, noon and night. How is this even legal to disturb a peaceful neighborhood like this. One of the vehicles has a temp plate( light tan older bmw convertible. The other bmw is blue. This needs to be addressed. It's only getting worst as he now has two of these vehicles. We had sent a letter to the owner of the house a year ago asking for help with the situation which helped for a little while but it's now getting really unbearable. Please help.
