  Hello, I do not think the city understands how to solve this problem. You cannot continue to dig the ditches out. Because now you are digging deeper than the concrete Opening that allows the water to flow through, so the water just sits there. Someone from the city needs to come out and add the dirt and grass that you have been taking back to the proper places so that the ditch it not below the openings.

  Location was inspected on 4/6/24. there is nothing blocking the drainage of stormwater runoff. Crews have been instructed to only remove vegetation that is blocking the flow of water and not to remove soil or sediment from road runoff. These ditches will be assessed the next time they are scheduled for maintains. Which is on a as needed basses and are inspected every 3 mouths.
