This is a hard one while the changes to EW traffic has backed up more than it has in the past (beginning of construction) However with one thru lane NS also this movement is also having the same problem, I believe NS backs up farther than EW last we checked so it's hard to provide more time EW and then NS backs up even farther. It is a capacity issue with so few lanes. I will put it on the calendar to have somebody watch it tomorrow AM and see if there is a solution for improvement. We in the signals group are anxious for these improvements to completed as well, it is no fun to drive here at the moment. The backups won't be completely solved until this work is completed unfortunately. Wish I had better news. Thanks for reaching out...Mike
