  Code Inspector M. Gonzalez received a See Click Fix complaint #16100833 on 2/23/2024 for a private property complaint located at 3519 Covey Trail Dr. Inspector Gonzalez arrived at the property and observed high weeds/grass that is at a height of nine inches or more and can be from the public roadway also observed a detach fence with mission pickets at the rear house that can be viewed from Quail Valley Middle School parking lot violation of Section: 30-33(a)(1) of Missouri City Code of Ordinance. Section: 302.7 of the International Property Maintenance Code. Pictures were taken of the violations and a Notice of Violation Placard was posted on the property.

  A follow up inspection was performed by Inspector M. Gonzalez on 3/12/2024 at 3519 Covey Trail Dr. regarding a private property violation. At the time of the inspection, Code Inspector Gonzalez observed lawn has been mowed fence still reminds in violation.

  A follow up inspection was performed by Inspector M. Gonzalez on 04/23/2024 at 3519 Covey Trail Dr. regarding a private property violation. At the time of the inspection, Code Inspector Gonzalez observed the detached fence has not been repaired therefore this case will be going to court.
