Property owner lives in Tampa, they purchased the home in Feb 2021 and the previous code compliance complaint was from August 2022. 20 reviews from Feb 2023 - Feb 2024 exceeds the allotted 3 times a STR can be rented for less than 30 days in any consecutive 365 day period.
