At Brown v. Board of Education National Historical Park, we are wondering why our neighbors to the south are not getting their trash containers emptied along with the rest of the neighborhood? We would be willing to help them clean up the other trash in the lot, but if there are not empty containers, we have no hope of cleaning up and keeping the alley tidy.
