we live next door to this garage with no house on the corner of 11th and Dartmouth. strange guy is living in the garage, no water sewage or utilities. guy is hostile and unapproachable. owner of garage knows he's there. this is ridiculous. drugs or drug use is suspected on the property. can the city actually do something about this, it's been a problem for a year now.
