the trees/ shrubs immediately behind the guardrail along Plain Street looking in the direction toward Sargent's Way completely block vehicles coming from the direction of Sargent's Way from the view of vehicles at the top of the intersection of Otto Street and Plain Street. this is extremely dangerous for the vehicles trying to enter into Plain Street from Otto Street. These plants needed to be removed completely instead of just trimmed every few years.
