Description

Caller stating vehicle left 5 days ago and has not moved since. Caller advised 5 days ago, two younger females broke down and pushed the vehicle there. Caller stated they have not been back since and it is making it hard to get out of his driveway. Plate returns California, no issues. Good standing with MVD.
