2319 Murilla Way S is listed as a short term rental on AirBnB. Property Appraiser website shows parcel use as residential single family home, no special exemptions or classifications.

Property owner has a mailing address in California. They purchased in May 2022, first STR review is from August. 62 STR reviews since, 42 during 2023 and 4 so far this year, exceeds the allotted 3 times a STR can be rented for less than 30 days in any consecutive 365 day period.

Property was also somehow homestead exempt in 2022.
