I have recorded this concern as SRQ2015-003419 and forwarded it to Transportation Services to review.

Ditch on the north west corner of the intersection of 132 Ave and 102 St has not been completed to its final grade. In addition, farther to the west of the field there is significant washout from run off. These issues will be addressed during Capital clean-up. Site visit did not indicate a pothole in the area mapped. Can we possibly get more information?
