this was also reported 1 year ago (Case #: 23-00004285), violation notice was issued 3/14/23, somehow this is still a STR that can be booked for 5 days. Previous case comments says owner was going to take down the listing in June 2023...

2201 4th Ave N is listed as a short term rental on AirBnB. Property Appraiser website shows parcel use as traditional single family home (NT-2), no special exemptions or classifications.

Property owners live in North Carolina. They purchased the property in Sept 2021, first review is from March 2023. 8 STR reviews during the past year exceeds the allotted 3 times a STR can be rented for less than 30 days in any consecutive 365 day period.
