Description
This section of curb is depressed and does not match the surrounding curbs. There is an alley adjacent and the lack of curb makes it indistinguishable from the alley and vice versa. Many people park in front of the alley, not knowing it’s an alley. Neighbors have called the police several times due to being blocked in the alley. If this curb was raised, the alley would be more pronounced and fewer parking infractions
