Description

The timing of the lights facing Brad Walsh and Oglesby needs adjusting. Once the lights turn green, it’s only seconds before it turns back to red. Therefore you sit there for what feels like 5-minutes and eventually it will turn green at some point. Comments were turned off on my previous ticket I placed.
