Description
This is a safety concern. Students from Williamsfield High School park here daily. They always park too close to end of E. Harrison St . This makes it difficult for people turning on to Harrison St. on to Higley Rd. Several homeowners have nearly been hit by cars going east on Harrison when they try to turn off of Higley, because you can not see on coming cars very well. Would like to have the corners marked so drivers know not to park so close to the end of the street.
Another concern in the same area is how narrow East Harrison and Balboa streets are. Traffic going both directions and cars parked on both sides of street make it very difficult for drivers and home owners to go through when cars are coming down the street. Would it be possible to direct parking to one side of street only to ease this congestion.

Daily we struggle with students parking on Balboa. The streets are too narrow. I watch school buses, mail carries, and residents struggle to drive or park. The student drivers are reckless, peeling out at any given opportunity.
I have contacted the school about this only to get a response basically saying deal with it, it’s public property.
