Residents and business should take care of their properties. Areas where people are just discarding their trash on other properties including the town properties should be fined or made to clean up. It may be a doo idea to have cameras in place to identify these people and make them accountable. Signes noting that they will be fined may help also.

Thank you for your inquiry. This issue has been forwarded to a Capitol Waste Supervisor for immediate attention.

A fine of $300.00 was issued to Owner I enforced the Town of Randolph Litter Prevention Policy.

Owner called and said they cleaned up around the property. I will do a follow up inspection on 4/3/2024.

Trash was picked up behind building the Owner for 59 Pleasant was notified also to clean their property.

This issue has been handled by Code Enforcement and is now closed. Thank you for your patience.
