neighbor brought it to my attention that operator was careless processing carts, yest, Mar.6. Noted her wheel came off along with 2 others across the street. In this pic, note 2nd cart in background. Both of these carts are left in same position at the time this message sent if you wish to see for yourself. I never had a wheel come off my cart before. Neighbor says it should snap back on. Maybe operator had a bad day?
