Hello. I can't drive onto my driveway without scraping bottom of car on the curb. I would like to get the curb fixed so car can drive onto driveway without issues please. Thank you.

Thank you. If this is truly a homeowner problem, do I need permission, or a permit, from the city to cut into the curb to create a cleaner transition from the street to the driveway?
