Description

The Candyman just showed right in the middle of afternoon rush hour. The fentanyl zombies literally came rushing through traffic to meet the dealer on the right and his supplier. They seem to be basing themselves outside of the smoke shop. Once bought the drugs are then immediately and openly used on the sidewalks, alleys, and on the storefronts. There needs to be a arrests, enforcement, and the streets cleaned up.
