Yes! These lowlife homeless addicts/criminals make it SO easy for APD/COA any official/officers to make arrests, citations ECT. Literally EVERYTHING these homeless addicts do is ILLEGAL! Yet NOTHING ever happens to them. They're like cancer, they just keep spreading/growing and damaging EVERYTHING in their paths. I can't believe how QUICKLY they're destroying our neighborhoods/city/business. It's terrifying/disturbing to watch everyday...
