Constant illegal parking in the bike lane throughout the entire length of North Pleasant but especially at this location. This forces bikes into high speed traffic which, especially at this intersection, is highly dangerous. This happened today around 6PM today almost leading to me getting hit, either harden the bike lane with actual protection from cars or enforce illegal parking in the bike lane please
