Sharraxaadda

There is constantly litter on the 400 block of Nelson Avenue, particularly on the west side of the block (north half). Today there are three enormous bags of garbage (clothes etc) on the sidewalk that will likely sit there until someone (probably me) cleans it up. Two weekends ago I filled an entire kitchen bag full of litter from the west side of the 400 block alone. 416 Nelson is particularly egregious. Can't you fine these residents for leaving their sidewalks looking like dumps? It'd be revenue for the city and maybe they'll start following city code. o
