That’s actually not what the court ruled.
The World Court stated that Israel must take actions to prevent acts by the IDF in Gaza that are BANNED under the 1948 Genocide Convention, including indiscriminate killing of Palestinian civilians and starvation tactics. Recall: the holocaust didn’t start with the gas chambers.. us Jewish folk often state that line as a warning for all.

Israel is at number 8. Currently selling off land in West Bank to more settlers outside of the legally recognized boundaries while bombing Gaza. They have openly discussed resettling Gaza. Hard to do when people live there…
You say you don’t want politics in JC streets but where were you when people are putting up pro Ukrainian flags stickers posters etc? That too is a political statement.
