Hi there! Is there any way this light system could be converted to the blinking yellow/blinking red at a certain hour? People waiting two whole minutes, lawfully and diligently, for a right or left turn, or for the light that's gone green when there is definitely no traffic coming from Elm.shouldn't have to :) thanks for reading! ..
