Description

Not sure of town ordinance on this and not trying to get anyone in trouble, but I keep waiting for the construction company building the house behind my backyard to clear out that giant pile of dirt from when they dug into the foundation for the new build underway. The only reason I'm concerned is that it's been windy so the dirt is blowing all over various properties surrounding it. I don't know what's in that and it might not be good for kids/dogs to be around... could somebody please inquire about timelines for the removal of dirt piles like this?
