Curious why the city and contractors are routing canal traffic through a neighborhood on private land? Without prior consent these contractors should not be utilizing a neighborhood maintained walkway for their "detour. Please contact RCP community management for approval. Again, this is not city maintained property and canal traffic should not be routed through this neighborhood.
