Description
Unhoused persons consistently use this area to sleep and do drugs, amassing unhealthy levels of trash in the process.Specifically, theree is an unsecured area of the old st Pete times building providing an area blocked from public vie. I frequently see people emerge from this structure "nodding." I've also seen drug deals in this immediate area. There's been one OD death in the area in the last year. It's unsafe to allow people continued access to this area. I recognize this is private property but it's becoming a public issue. Thanks :)
