Unidentified liquid(?) deposited on Woodbine Drive near intersection Fordham Blvd and Manning drive about a week ago and it has not evaporated or been washed away by rain. May be hazardous to tires, vehicle finishes, garage floors, etc. Request testing and removal/clean up ASAP.
