trash cans illegal kept every day at sidewalk.
where is category "code enforcement"?
trash cans are supposed to be hidden out of sight from street on non trash pick up days. but because city has been lack on enforcing more people are doing this because they think it's allowed. please city: mail out letters to all residents to inform it's not allowed. teach people: it makes neighborhood look cheap, run down, unhealthy, causes stress. no one really likes it. it is so easy for residents to put trash cans behind fences. thank you
