This report is to inform you of deteriorating fencing in what is identified as a wetland area (sign broken off). My son threw a frisbee into the area and attempted to retrieve it by climbing on the fence, but the bottom board broke off resulting in minor bruising. It appears the the fencing is this area has had many repairs, but overall is in poor condition with several posts with nails remaining where the boards have fallen or are missing. I'm hoping the city can do a better job maintaining the fencing in this area. It appears the city has already replaced many boards south of this area but several of the newly repaired areas have come apart as the brackets did not hold the fence boards.
