The names on that notice were the company that stabilized and sealed the building - they are no longer associated with this property. The actual owners live overseas. I have a contact in California but no one is on the east coast to maintain the building. The property is on a list from JCRA as a property in need of rehabilitation. Ordinance Not sure what it all means today. But no one will come to clean up outside. Summons could be paid eventually but no work will be done. There is a community clean up April 13th. There's a chance the public could step and clean for them before then.
