Description

The person living at this house has a bunch of trash in the front yard and driveway that has been present for months. Additionally, I have reason to believe, or at least suspect, that drug deals are happening at this place of residence. Cars will come into the driveway and honk twice at all hours of the day and night, he will come out, and then the people in the vehicles will leave shortly after arriving. Furthermore, the person living there has been out screaming and yelling uncontrollably. I have reason to believe that he may not be mentally stable and causes concern for safety in the neighborhood.
