Can someone tell me the permitting process for installing Residential Curbside Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging? We are interested in buying a home in Holyoke and would like to know the process for permitting/installing curbside charging. Specifically for residents who lack off-street parking and need daily charging of their EVs at home. Several properties we viewed lack off-street parking.
