Description
The address behind our home in question is 4701 38th Ave N. St. Petersburg 33713. I called St. Pete Zoning and Codes. I was informed to report a T1 Code. I bleieve they are using it as a buisiness and or as a storage lot. Different People come and go with trailers, boats, trucks, Things on Trailers ect.
I rarely see the owners there. Maybe a handful of times. Usually its after 9, 10-11 PM. They do yard work. (im in bed)
For 9 years weve lived here. I've met and spoke with the lady. (forget name, LEE? Forengn name) no more than a dozen times. I know Ive seen them come in late evenings and do planting. She was planting foreign fruit trees. I believe they are Vietnamese.
She States shes planting them around the property. Thats why she cut down the wall of trees. I asked if she was putting up a new fence, she said No. All the plants are up close to thier home which sits far from ours.
Then she talked about putting up a large building for boat storage and mechanics to work on boats to my husband. The first time we spoke she was talking about a Tri-Plex with parking lot.
The neighbors at 4701 38th Ave N also has an open permit for Tree Removal. It was never closed. ( I was told to tell you that)
The home we live in has a large backyard that when we bought it 9 years ago, it had what we were told an easement behind us. At that time there were 4 big trees and shrub (aprrox 12-15 ft deep and the length of our yard. 150-2 hundred yards) The trees created a natural 30 ft plus wall of trees and shrubs. (Jacamaranda and 4 other trees.) Big trees , Great privacy.
That have been removed by the owners of 4701 38th Ave N. We asked the Gentelman who had a clipboard and was from the City about the easment, as he was assessing the situation. He said the easement sits on thier property and they can cut down the trees. They just cannot build or put propery on the easement.
There are 4 Trailers out back. 1 holding pieces of an old truck, 2 are on the easment.
2 boats. And a Truck. The boat is owned by someone different who takes it out a lot. A couple other boats come and go also.
Basically it looks like a junkyard. A Storage lot. I was told you can have two items in your yard. They have 7. Now a large black tarp covering a large area of land. It is an eye soar. We plan to extend the privacy fence someday when we can afford to, as you can see directly into thier yard. They see our pool, patio and entire yard now. Took all the privacy away. We planted and moved trees to create a private yard.
Please can you help me with this? And understanding what this easement means? Also Where we can we put up a fence? As the property bumps out to thier yard on the original fence. The trees removed were up against an old chain length fence that sits into our yard. Id like to konw where our property lines are to put up a new fence.
I appreciate it. My phone is 410-905-6162.
Thank you Kindly,
Cindie Martin 4700 39th Ave N. 33714. I would love to be here upon inpection. Thanks again.
