A suggestion, there should be signage saying something like "roadway prone to flooding" or something similar on Forest St a hundred feet or more on either side of the railway overpass, and another pair on the overpass itself next to the low clearance sign. I'm sure it's a big job to reconstruct the drainage here but in the meantime, every time we have these rainstorms people think they can drive through and then get stuck.
