Sharraxaadda

Tenants in this house have multiple cars with loud exhaust systems. These exhaust systems are the type that are intentionally installed to be loud; it isn't an issue of a damaged exhaust system. Every time these vehicles come and go it is loud, disruptive, etc. Not sure if this is a violation of an ordinance or not, but certainly imposes their loud noise on the rest of the neighborhood - especially annoying early in the morning and late at night. I have mentioned it to one of the residents, but he was dismissive.
