Anyone know the Larges at 1503 SW Western Ave? Maybe you recognize their yard?
I have complained to the city for going on 6 years, and apparently this is okay with him. Their dogs bark incessantly at anyone that walks by their yard. The yard smells like @#$%.
Besides complaining to see quick fix, what else can I do? 5 years! 5 years! What would you do?? How would you make them number one clean up the yard so it doesn't smell like sh*t, and clean up the yard?

I know the video is not so great, but when I say to him, "your yard smells. Alan", he says "I know."...
It smells so bad, we all know.
Going on 6 years.
