It seams the drains are needing to be emptied of debris and dirt be smoothed out.
The blockage is cause erosion of the surrounding dirt areas, To which is exposing underground pipes, etc.
There is another area east of this one that is so bad the drainage pipe has been exposed and the pipe is now breaking down to where there is a hole in the pipe.
The dirt is now falling into the grass retention area.
