Severe buckling of asphalt and traffic is hitting these potholes and spitting asphalt at cars that are parked on street. This is the 4th report and nothing has been done you have closed the report but there are 4 very large potholes. The 37th st is the one where panda garden resterants sits and the asphalt chunks are damaging cars and light posts. Please fix this.
