The Dogwood Suites, newly renamed the FairBridge Hotel has scalding water temperature in room 258. As well as a greenish mold substance around the base of the shower. If you use the shower at all there is standing water on the bathroom floor.

A. Im concerned about multiple code violations in the hotel. We stayed in room 258 from 1/20/2024 to 3/22/2024. The entire length of our stay the shower temp was scalding even on the coldest settings. You could not stand in the water for even a few seconds. It is dangerous for babies and small children. Around the outside of the shower there was a greenish mold at the shower base. If you did take a shower a big lake of water would gather across the bathroom floor.
