Description

Tall shrub on SE corner of Cornwall Ave. and Texas St. blocks view of pedestrian walking eastbound along Texas St. from vehicles turning right from Cornwall onto Texas. This corner has a crosswalk across Cornwall and a WTA stop, therefore has a lot of foot traffic. Between the shrub blocking the view for vehicles, the lack of sidewalk, and the lack of street light it feels very dangerous for pedestrians.
