Is there a reason why this type of vehicle and parking is just accepted? Back wheels and front wheel spikes are in the bike lane. Parked too close to the crosswalk and blocking visibility for all pedestrians going to Old Colony Square. This personal vehicle is a danger to everyone except for the people inside, and now it’s a danger to others even when parked. Can parking enforcement do better to ticket this behavior until it ends and can these modifications be stopped so that others are safer?
