Two trees in the city right of way at 1110 3rd Street S, appear to have died from lethal bronzing disease. They should be removed immediately to prevent spreading the disease to other nearby palm trees. There is no cure for this disease and it will kill every tree it infects. State biologists recommended trees that carry it should be taken down and disposed of ASAP.
