Description

I’m sick and tired of not being able to go through section of the road because there is an excessive street parking from one house. I drive a big semi/vehicle and it’s dangerous for the neighborhood. We need someone to come out and talked to them. Or add a sign for one side parking only.

All of the vehicles parked on the roadway in the 3400 block of SW Mayo are currently legally parked. It is a possibility that the roadway is narrow enough to justify adding signage limiting parking to just one side of the street, but that it not done by the police department. I am going to transfer this request to have the appropriate city department look at it.

All the residents along this street will have to agree to remove parking along one or both sides of a residential street. The city does not do this without input from the residents being affected. If this is what is desired, please let me know by responding to this SCF. Thanks.
