People in Vallejo parking in handicap spots with no handicap, sign or license plate..people have no couth! No police giving ..ticke. When people aren’t held accountable for their wrongdoings, illegal activity, they continue to do what they want to do.
FBI help National Guard help ! Something needs to change!..tsticket anymor.
