Our partners at the Oella Historical Society are having a spring cleanup of the Oella Entrance Garden today from 9am-12pm. This is the garden located riverside adjacent to the Ellicott City bridge and opposite 6 Oella Ave. They've asked that we coordinate pickup of trash/yard waste from the event. Those working the event have said they will place bags behind the stone abutments so it's less visible over Easter - I put a gold star in the image below where I believe the bags will be located. Given that the garden is just over the bridge into Baltimore County, but nearly within Howard County limits, I was unsure whom to contact about yard waste pickup so I have included both of our county contacts. I'm hoping you can help me determine who is the most appropriate to handle this request.
