Occupants at 102 Summit Ave floor #1 continue to dump their garbage and debris across the street at a public trash can at the corner of Summit Ave and Clifton Place (across from Belmont Ave). This is also the location of a bus stop at a busy pedestrian walkway, in front of a daycare and preschool. They do this frequently, with bags of lawn debris, regular household garbage, bulk household items, and in this most recent case a large metal planter stand. Please implore them to stop this disrespectful behavior or risk fines.
