D. What is the nature of the problem? Please describe in detail.
R. Overgrown grass, weeds, people have been dumping trash. I have witnessed at least 2 rats in the yard and running from the house. I have witnessed multiple wildlife in the backyard. Homeless entering the property and broken glass all around the front of the walkway.
