The drains in that area are clear and functioning properly and we maintain the easement. It is on the list to mow this spring.

appreciate your quick response.
This is not really a normal storm drain. This is winter rain runoff that flows through an easement. Yesterday my husband and I pulled weeds so that the drain could be seen and now water is flowing very slowly. Part of the terra cotta pipe is visible and mud can be seen 3/4 of the way into the pipe. Where the terra cotta pipe drains is open and visible and that is the area my husband and I tried to clear yesterday.
This really hasn’t been resolved. I would be happy to meet with someone and show them.
