Description
Plywood boarded up opening for months. This is a halfway house and the people who live here curse, yell, and fight at all hours and wander the neighborhood looking for unlocked doors and things they can steal in properties. Needles in the street. Neighbors are not safe with this kind of property in a residential area with families. Please look for any other code violations so the property owner improves the condition of the property. Concerned residents will continue to enter tickets so the city starts investigating issues that this property is causing the neighborhood.
